THIS IS A RECURRING, SUBSCRIPTION-BASED PRODUCT. Once you sign up, your membership automatically renews every month and will continue to renew on its own unless you, the Gardener, choose to cancel. You are in control and can cancel anytime from your account.

🗓️ SIGN-UP DEADLINE — THE 15th OF EVERY MONTH: To receive that month's mailing, you must sign up on or before the 15th. If you sign up AFTER the 15th cut-off, your subscription rolls over to the following month's mailing. If you miss the cut-off and would still like the current month, simply email me and I'll do my best to update your details.

✉️ THIS IS SNAIL MAIL (USPS): Every letter is sent as real, physical mail through the United States Postal Service. Please note: once your letter leaves New York, NO tracking is provided — it travels through the postal service, and the only way to know it has arrived is to wait for it to reach your mailbox. Delivery times can vary.

📭 LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED MAIL: If a letter goes missing, gets lost, or arrives damaged, please email me and I will gladly send a replacement.

About the Club

The Garden Vault is a monthly snail mail club — a hand-prepared envelope of art and surprises delivered to your mailbox. Each mailing may include items such as a watercolor art print, the Welcome Gazette, mystery stamp visitor stickers, handmade book cards, and seasonal surprises. Contents vary month to month so every envelope feels like a discovery.

What to expect

• A new mailing each month, prepared and sent from New York City.
• Billed monthly at the price shown; renews automatically until cancelled.
• Mailings are sent after the monthly cut-off date (the 15th).
• Occasionally a rare "Golden Bloom" card may be hidden inside select mailings.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes made before the 15th apply to the upcoming mailing.
